WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO/Exxon, have completed one more well in our Nittany Prospect in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; the Derr #8545H was completed for 5,600 MCFGPD.

WhitMar and its joint venture partners have permitted a 1,280 unit for our first horizontal Bakken/Three Forks well in our Snow Goose Prospect in Sheridan County, Montana; the Zuma #15. The well will be drilled horizontally to a vertical depth of approximately 8,200 ft. with a horizontal leg of approximately 8,000 ft, for a total measure depth of 16,200 ft. Drilling will commence on December 1.

WhitMar announces the formation of a leasehold acquisition and drilling joint venture for the drilling and development of the Bakken/Three Forks oil shale on 52,000 acres of leasehold making up WhitMar’s Lego and Snow Goose prospects in Sheridan County, Montana. Initial commitment is for the drilling of two horizontal wells to test the Bakken/Three Forks. WhitMar retains a 25% working interest in the play, and our joint venture partner has acquired a 75% working interest. We anticipate drilling the first well in 4th quarter, 2011.

WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO/Exxon, have completed three more wells in our Nittany Prospect in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; the Diettrick #8510H was completed for 3,050 MCFGPD, the Everbe Farms #8518H was completed for 6,200 MCFGPD, and the Everbe Farms #8551H was completed for 6,250 MCFGPD.

WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO/Exxon, have completed 4 more wells in their Nittany Prospect, (Marquardt 8534H, Moser 8521, Moser 8560H, Moser 8561H) with average IP's in excess of 5,000 MCFGPD.

WhitMar has leased in excess of 100,000 acres in a stealth oil shale prospect that we have identified as highly prospective for oil production from a formation that is analogous to the Bakken/Three Forks formation in the Williston Basin. We will be offering working interest participation in this prospect in the near future.

WhitMar's leasehold count in Sheridan County, Montana for the Bakken/Three Forks has increased to 40,000 net acres, and WhitMar continues to lease more acreage in the play.

WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO/Exxon, have completed two more wells in their Nittany Prospect, the Tome 8522H well, and the Derr 8544H well, with IP's for both wells in excess of 5,000 MCFGPD.

The IP flow rate of the Loomis 2H well, recently drilled by WhitMar and its partners, Stone Energy and Carrizo, in Susquehanna County, PA, has increased to 9,200 MCFGPD.

WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO/Exxon, have completed two more wells in their Nittany Prospect, the Tome 8522H well and the Derr 8544H well, with IP's for both wells in excess of 5,000 MCFGPD.

WhitMar has leased in excess of 25,000 acres in two prospect areas in Sheridan County, Montana; which we have identified as highly prospective for oil production from the Bakken/Three Forks section. This leasehold is in the heart of the Bakken/Three Forks trend that is being horizontally drilled in North Dakota and Montana. We are offering working interest participation in these prospect areas.

WhitMar and its partners, Stone Energy and Carrizo Oil and Gas have completed the first two Marcellus Shale wells in our 25,000 acre Pleasant Mount Prospect. The Loomis 2H has been tested with and IP of 4,000 MCFGPD and the Loomis 3H has been tested with and IP of 9,800 MCFGPD.

WhitMar and partner EnCana Oil and Gas USA recently concluded the drilling phase of two pilot test wells in our Moose Prospect in Luzerne county, PA; the Buda 1H and the Salansky 1H. As a result of negative well log data and core data on both wells and an unsuccessful completion attempt on the Salansky 1H well, WhitMar and EnCana have jointly decided to discontinue all activity in the prospect area.

WhitMar and its joint venture partner, XTO, have completed the sixth Marcellus Shale well in their Nittany Prospect with an IP of approximately 4,000 MCFGPD, and they are in various stages of drilling and/or completion operations on four additional wells in this prospect

WhitMar announces the successful completion of the Dow #1 well in its Horseheads Prospect, a Trenton-Black River play in upstate New York. The horizontal well encountered 1,000 feet of gas shows in a heavily dolomitized section of the Trenton-Black River formation and tested to the atmosphere at a steady 8,000 MCFGD for 24 hours with 3,500 PSI tubing pressure. The well is shut-in and pipeline ROW is being secured, and the well is expected to turn into sales at 10,000 MCFGD in 4Q 2010. WhitMar’s partner, Anschutz Petroleum, is the operator of the well with a 46.6% working interest and WhitMar has a 30.6% working interest in the well. Other WhitMar partners own the remainder of the working interest.

Initial commitment is for the acquisition of seismic data and the drilling of two horizontal wells to test the Marcellus Shale. WhitMar and EnCana intend to expand on their lease block before commencement of drilling.
